Any Bathroom Workmanship Warranty

Any Bathroom stands behind the quality of our renovation work. Our workmanship warranty covers defects caused directly by our installation work for five years from the substantial completion date, subject to the terms below and your signed renovation agreement.

What is covered

  • Installation defects caused by work completed by Any Bathroom
  • Workmanship that does not meet the written project scope
  • Reasonable inspection and repair of covered workmanship issues reported during the warranty period

How to request warranty service

Contact us as soon as you notice a concern. Include your name, project address, completion date, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. We will review the request, arrange an inspection when needed, and explain the next step.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, or cosmetic changes that occur with age
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper cleaning products, lack of maintenance, or water left outside designed wet areas
  • Movement, settlement, structural issues, or moisture conditions outside our renovation scope
  • Work altered, repaired, or damaged by another contractor or trade after project completion
  • Defects in owner-supplied products, fixtures, tile, or materials
  • Manufacturer defects, which are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty
  • Pre-existing or concealed conditions that could not reasonably be identified before work began
  • Work or products not included in the signed project agreement

Important warranty details

The warranty period begins on the substantial completion date shown in your project records. Product and fixture warranties are provided by their manufacturers. Licensed trade work may also carry separate warranties. Your signed renovation agreement controls if its terms differ from this summary.
